Hi, I’m Maliha!
I am a first generation Pakistani American creative from Chicago, IL. Music, theatre, and writing are my passions, and I’m looking forward to bringing one of many fresh perspectives into an ever-evolving industry.
I believe that creation is a radical act against systems of oppression. I want to utilize my voice to help enhance the representation of marginalized artists, especially those with ethnocultural ties to the Global Southeast, inspiring positive change in public ideology and legislation. I’d like to help create new stories, while also retelling classics with deeper consideration.
